I've been thinking a lot about the BLM's fumbling PR blunder regarding their plan to ovarectomize the Wyoming mares and return spayed mares and gelding to the HMA. How did they think they could get away with it and how did they get the nerve to even suggest it? If you think they won't try it again, think again. They already have the "blueprint" for it with the Sheldon horses.
